Mansfield Liederkranz Junior Soccer

History

    Mansfield Liederkranz Junior Soccer was founded by Adam Schuster to encourage youth soccer within the club. The present Liederkranz Mid-Ohio United Soccer Club was formed in 1999 by the merger of the Mansfield Liederkranz Soccer Club and the Mid-Ohio Premier Soccer Club. The average membership of this group is approximately 250 players. There is no limit to the membership.

Meeting Times

    The soccer club board meets on the 1st Thursday of each month from 7:00 -9:00 P.M. The coaches/team managers have their meetings on the 2nd Wednesday of each month from 6:30-7:30 P.M.. The meetings are open to all soccer club members and parents.

Schedules

      Practices are scheduled as required. There is no set time or length of practice time for the practices. No mandatory attendance for the practices.

    The group participates in competition matches. A specific calendar can be found on the groups’ own website:

    The Liederkranz Soccer Club sponsors The Liederkranz Adam Schuster Memorial Tournament every October.

Membership

    Membership in the soccer group is open to all club members. There is no restriction in the number of members. The only requirement to join the group is an enjoyment of soccer.
